Cantaloupe Carpaccio

Sliced Cantaloupes (4-5 Pieces Your Choice)
1/2 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp @hungarybeeshoney
1/3 Cup of Toasted Pistachios (Chopped)
1/4 Cup of Mint Leaves (torn)
1/3 Cup of Vegan Cream Cheese
(or use Vegan Feta)
β¨ Feel free to use your cheese of choice. β¨
1 Tsp Aleppo Chili Flakes
1 Tsp Cracked Black pepper

1. Cut cantaloupe into sliced rounds.
2. Drizzle Acacia Honey and Olive Oil on your sliced Cantaloupes.
3. Add toasted pistachios, your cheese of choice, torn mint leaves, Aleppo chili flakes, and cracked black pepper.
4. Enjoy!
We recommend you refrigerate the cantaloupe so it can be extra cold before eating or finish the recipe by popping it in the freezer for 5 minutes and enjoy!
